Overview
Deputy Manager Location: We operate homes in Castleford, Garforth and Snaith Salary: £27,000 plus £2,700 bonus Vacancy Type: Full Time Our client provides community based registered care services for people with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex care needs. We value every individual as part of the team and they are key to the success of the people we support and the organisation We operate three apartment based care homes in Castleford, Garforth and Snaith supporting 6-7 people at each within their own homely flat based accommodation. We are looking for experienced, dedicated and motivated individuals to join our growing team at one of our chosen homes depending on suitability and location preferences. Your role will involve supporting individuals to live their lives to their maximum potential in a way that they want to. This will be a varied and diverse role that will involve support in management of the home. Some of the individuals we support will at times display complex or difficult to understand behaviours. We provide the environment and social support model to see the world through the lives of those individuals so that we better meet their needs. In doing so we transform people’s lives.
