Credit Controller Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 Bristol PERKS INCLUDE: AAT (OR OTHER PREFERRED FINANCIAL) STUDY PACKAGE My client who is a market leading sales corporation, who is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to aid with the collection of both high value and high volume debt. Due to the nature of my clients ongoing relationships with it's own clients, customer service must be at the forefront of all communication. Your role will include: - Efficient collection of debt via phone and email, - Working along the sales team to strategically contact accounts, - "Cash Posting" and Account Reconciliation, - Taking full control of Credit Checks with new clients, - Maintaining clear and concise communication history with client, - Identifying bad debt and potential bad debt and analysing solutions, - Handling disputes and realigning accounts within company terms.
