Overview

Waking Night Support Worker needed for cover at a residential home for adults with learning disabilities in Peacehaven Waking Night Support Worker role: You will be lone working (staff member on site sleeping in) on a 3/4 night alternative shift pattern caring for 3 adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour who may also be on the Autistic Spectrum. The Waking Night Support Worker will need to assist with any personal care or other needs throughout the night and will then hand over to the day staff before leaving shift in the morning. Working hours will be from 21.15 - 07.45 Waking Night Support Worker Criteria: You must have professional social care experience and a passion for supporting vulnerable people. We are looking for people who are keen to develop their qualifications and practice, and who have the desire and drive to be an asset on shift rather than just a number. You will need to be able to work the types of shifts mentioned above and within this role it is necessary to be able to drive to access the services.
