Primary School Key Stage 1 Teacher- Year 1 Merton mainstream primary school 3 form entry Contract Position Full Time MPS/UPS Inner London Pay scale September 2020 A fantastic mainstream 3 form entry primary school in Merton is looking to appoint a Key Stage 1, Year 1 teacher. This is a standard primary school who are looking for a teacher who will work well as part of a team and would like to contribute to extra activites within the school. The school are lookng for a teacher who they can invest ttime, training and support with. You will be provided with training if you are a new teacher and if you are an experienced teacher the school are offering TLR's. The class sizes are also quite small but you will have a TA and an HLTA there to assist in any way. The school is looking for a Teacher; To prepare lessons and deliver the curriculum in a manner appropriate to the age and ability of the pupils concerned, following the agreed syllabus or scheme of work. To keep records of attendance for each class taught. To ensure good order prevails in the classroom so that learning can take place. To keep up with developments in relevant curriculum areas. To be aware of and play an appropriate part in implementation of all school policies, as described in the Staff Handbook, including regulations relating to safety. To participate in the school's system of reporting on pupil progress and behaviour at appropriate times.
