Overview
Customer Service Job Coventry to start ASAP Your new role You will be working as part of a telephony Customer service team, providing a caring, courteous and memorable experience every time. Responding to customer calls and emails quickly and efficiently, always taking personal accountability to help achieve a high standard of customer satisfaction within every interaction. Working collaboratively with the internal processes we have in place to ensure the right outcome for the customer is achieved. You will work Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 and you will work one in three Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have previous experience of delivering strong customer service through various channels, have experience of delivering excellent communication skills both verbally and written, have complaints handling experience and a good level of computer literacy and proficient keyboard skills. What you'll get in return You will have a temporary position for 4 to 6 weeks with the possibility of being taken on permanently. You will receive an annual salary of £18,500 per annum. You will be based in a lovely modern office that has a number of facilities on site including a canteen.
