If are suitable for the role you should have experience of most of the following tasks used on a daily basis Recruitment and training of semi-skilled tradespeople Management and selection of sub-contractors when needed A dedication knowledge and determination to ensure all Health and Safety requirements are meet and followed at all times. Planning stock allocation, stock movement, repairs and renewals of capital assets to ensure all facilities are readily available to customers at short notice and to the high standards that has made them leaders in their field. The ability to analyse and control costs to maximise on profit margins Assist with production and clarification of Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Drawings and Delivery Schedules on a project specific basis. Using SAP to track and document workflow. Various administration duties including approval of payroll data. Working areas are always clean and orderly.
