We also provide quality services to general needs tenants, owning and managing properties across London. We have 90 years’ experience of retirement home design and living in London. Your Role As the Maintenance Surveyor, you will carry out pre and post-repair quality inspections for day-to-day and void works. You will complete a range of property surveys, including technical appraisals of properties, property defect analysis and diagnostic surveys. You will project manage complex repairs issues to completion, including complaints, disrepair and insurance claims. The Requirements To join us as a Maintenance Surveyor, you will need: - An HNC or above qualification in building or surveying OR demonstrable experience within the repairs and maintenance industry at maintenance inspector and/or surveyor level - Knowledge of current legislation, regulations and standards relating to building construction, health and safety and contract management - A full, manual driving licence This role is subject to a DBS check.
