Senior IT Administrator // IT Support // Technical Support // Active Directory // MS Exchange // Windows 7/10 // Cisco // Birmingham // £28,000-29,500 Reed Technology are working with an international market leader who have recently undergone a significant global expansion over the last 5 years. The successful organisations expansion has a successful IT Service Management department that provide IT Support 24/7. The Technical Administration team provide administrative support in respect of the new starters, leavers, changes to accounts and the effective off-boarding of leavers. The team also co-ordinate and manage ad-hoc projects related to the services provided by the Technical Administration team. The ideal applicant for this role will be required to have technical skills in the below; Active Directory Microsoft Suite 2010 and above Microsoft Exchange (Exchange 2010 and above ) Windows 7/10 operating system vFire iManage or an alternative Document Management system Email Signature application InterAction or an alternative CRM system Cisco Call Manager 11 or an alternative VOIP telephone system Bighand or an alternative Digital dictation application WebEx In addition the experience and requirement for this opportunity will include; Account/User creation/amendments Maintenance of the organisations distribution list, in line with their policy Review team's request queue Log all service requests and incidents Analyse incident and requests with IT service Delivery team to use knowledge for future incidents/requests. Maintain good communication alongside a number of IT and business support teams. Respond to team's hotline number when called for support/query escalation/follow up Technical Administration of ad-hoc project work. Implement automated procedures by working with Technical Administration Team Leader and IT Service Delivery Manager.
