My client are seeking a fitting suitor to grace their Care Home kingdom But enough of that; how about a great opportunity in a great organisation? Reporting to the Home Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering a high quality service and developing the staff team. This is the perfect role for an experienced care team supervisor who has already gained formal qualifications at NVQ/QCF level 3 or equivalent and is now looking for lead responsibility as part of continuing professional development and the opportunity to work towards their Level 4 qualification. This purpose built residential care home is home to 50 older people and situated within it's own grounds close to the town centre. It boasts large and attractive communal areas which lend themselves well to a relaxed pace of life.
