Corporate ECM Associate: You will work within one of the leading Corporate departments in London, working within a highly ranked Legal 500 department, not just in the UK but Internationally. You will work within the dedicated ECM team working largely with the AIM market and the LSE main market. You will be exposed to a wide range of Corporate Finance matters working alongside leading individuals within the field. The Role This Top 30 firm is looking for a Corporate ECM Associate to join them in their Legal 500 ranked and Chambers ranked department within their City of London office. You will work within a dedicated ECM team alongside a Legal 500 listed Funds team. You will work primarily on the AIM market together with the LSE main market working with a range of clients across the mid-market London banks and brokers. You will also undertake secondary issues (placings and right issues), acting for both issuers and financial intermediaries. Corporate Governance experience should include DTR's and listing rules as well as practical corporate support. The Corporate department as a whole with listed and private companies, institutions and individuals on a diverse and mix of matters. The Corporate Finance team advises across a range practice area, including Mergers & Acquisitions (both public and Private), Equity Capital Markets, Joint Ventures, Private Equity and venture capital investments and corporate reorganisations. Your caseload will be focused on ECM matters however you will also assist the Corporate department as a whole. You will be given all the opportunity to work on complex matters given you a depth of responsibility to propel your career forward. The Requirements You will be a Corporate ECM Associate with at least 2 years PQE (There is no upper limit for the level of PQE and more senior candidates will be taken into account for a senior position) You will be currently working within a City or International practice. Worked on a broad range of Corporate Finance matters Working on a range of ECM Matters Exposure to International matters preferred but not essential You will receive a competitive salary and along with an excellent remuneration package.
