Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a property paralegal to join a highly respected City law firm. The successful individual will be responsible for managing a busy and varied caseload of property matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of property based work. Daily duties will include assisting fee earners with post exchange requirements, liaising with clients and other parties, managing deadlines relating to transactions as well as carrying out extensive legal research. The role holder will ensure that the Solicitors Accounts Rules are adhered to at all time. Applicants will have completed a law degree or equivalent as well as the LPC. Previous paralegal experience within a property department is required. First class organisational skills are essential coupled with the ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
