The successful applicant will ideally be a solicitor qualified in England & Wales with at least two years’ post qualification experience, will have trained at a reputable law firm and will also have excellent academics. The joining associate will ideally have a strong range of corporate experience including M&A. They team has a very broad corporate practice. They have a broad and exciting client base across all major industries. This is a fantastic firm to work for and Associates often stay at this firm for a long time. Many of the Partners have worked their way up through the ranks at the firm from Trainees. The role will suit an individual seeking an exciting new challenge in their career.
