SUMMARY: Corporate Solicitor, 6-12 month FTC, 3 years' PQE, Central London – This Top 200 firm are seeking an experienced and talented Corporate Solicitor on a fixed term contract arrangement to provide support to a busy team. JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 3 years' LOCATION: Central London SALARY: c£70,000 - £100,000 dependent on experience OVERVIEW: This is a Top 200 law firm based in Central London. Recommended by legal directories for their intelligent and pragmatic advice, this firm welcome those who can share in their vision and get actively involved in the evolution of their practice. They are currently seeking 6-12 month fixed term contract support for their busy Corporate department to cover a number of planned absences within the team in addition to busy periods. The role will involve working on a variety of caseloads of corporate matters for their large digital media and commercial client base, assisting with corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising activities, joint ventures, partnerships, private equity, tax issues and venture capital. Applications are welcome from experienced candidates who have gained a minimum of 3 years' PQE from reputable city or regional practices. Strong communication/interpersonal skills are required.
