This is an outstanding opportunity for a junior Solicitor wanting to really progress working with a well-known Partner. They specialise in Employment, Corporate, Tax, Technology, Litigation & Disputes, Business Contracts & Shareholders Rights. They are a people orientated business; they have a reputation for nurturing talent and a feel that you would normally only associate with small boutique firms. The Role Due to an influx of work they are now looking for a Company and Commercial Litigation Solicitor to support the team. You will work side by side with a Partner who is well known in the market. Although this opportunity will be based around specialist areas, you will be expected to have a broad knowledge across all areas of Contentious and Non-Contentious Commercial areas. This will include commercial work for SME's: company share and asset sales and acquisitions, commercial contracts, Director & Shareholder actions, joint ventures and MBO's, Disputes at Director/Shareholder level and more. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor wanting to join a growing practice but also maintain a good amount of work life balance. You will be given the opportunity to take on clients and develop your own caseload. Requirements: You will be a Company Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 1 year PQE First class communication and interpersonal skills are essential Salary & Benefits: Salary is up to £75k with excellent benefits such as private medical, generous holiday etc You will get a lot of work/life balance with this role This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial Company Commercial Litigation Solicitor to continue developing within this dynamic firm but with a move away from the structure of the City that can sometimes stifle progression.
