Overview
OUR CLIENT We are looking to recruit a talented lawyer c 2 - 64 PQE to join an expanding in house legal team within a fin tech business THE ROLE The post-holder will be expected to handle a varied and challenging workload, advising on the following key areas of work : - Commercial Contracts - Drafting, review and negotiation of commercial agreements, including strategic partnerships, complex business deals, NDA's, data processing agreements and customised sales contracts,. Data Protection - Assist with GDPR matters, including legal research, compliance with the GDPR, and privacy laws Technology - Advise on special projects as needed, including product development Regulatory matters Payment systems THE CANDIDATE To be considered for this exceptional in house position offering career development opportunities within a highly sought after business sector. Applicants must be able to demonstrate sound commercial and technical skills with GDPR/Fin tech/Payment exp would be of particular interest.
