Overview
Leading Manufacturer seeking a Legal Counsel for a Global Legal Counsel role This is an exceptional role with real exposure to global in-house matters. The work you will undertake includes: Commercial Contracts - Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and terms and conditions with customers and supplier and Assisting with the creation, implementation and management of contracting systems and processes. Disputes - Advising on and managing commercial disputes where they arise. Engaging and managing external counsel where necessary Compliance and Regulatory matters - areas such as Competition Law, Anti-Bribery, Data Protection and Trade Sanctions. IP and Technology - Drafting and negotiation of technology related documentation including non-disclosure agreements, technology licenses, development agreements and agreements related to academic collaborations. Commercial contracts experience is preferred but we are able to consider lawyers from a Corporate, Compliance or IP background. This is a varied role and is an ideal move for anyone seeking a first in-house role. You will work with stakeholders across the world and grow into an International lawyer. There will be an occasional need for travel. An exceptional role with a generous package on offer.
