Overview
If you are an experienced Finance Manager with proven leadership & management qualities then I want to hear from you Trial Balance has been assigned to assist this repeat client of ours based in Falmouth to help source their next Financial Controller. The main purpose of the role will be to support the Managing Director & Group Business Manager and will oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of the finance department. This will include ensuring that the company’s statutory obligations are met, financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting and managing a small team. You’ll need to be a strong leader and also a strong Finance Business Partner as there are several budget holders within the business that will require a steady hand on the tiller. You will currently be working as a Finance Manager or you’ll be an accomplished Assistant or Management Accountant looking for your next step up the ladder.
