Applications Analyst - IntApp Time, IntApp Walls, BigHand, iManage, Microsoft Office 365/2010 Our leading law firm client is looking to recruit an Applications Analyst (IntApp Time, IntApp Walls, BigHand, iManage, Microsoft Office 365/2010) on a permanent basis to provide professional product support and services for the key systems in use throughout the firm. Although based in London, the role will provide support to the whole firm. The role requires a motivated and dedicated Applications Analyst with experience of supporting core legal technology to a high standard. The incumbent should have deep knowledge of the products in use and a thorough understanding of the underlying technology platforms and integrations. The role includes evaluating, installing, upgrading and testing 3rd party applications and solutions and taking ownership of these products. The role includes supporting the firm’s critical systems such as time recording, document management, digital dictation, information barriers and an array of closely integrated solutions. As new systems are acquired the Applications Analyst will be expected to quickly get to grips with the new technology, and to be part of any team created to develop, test, rollout and support such solutions. The key duties and responsibilities for this Applications Analyst (IntApp Time, IntApp Walls, BigHand, iManage, Microsoft Office 365/2010) are: Work with the Application Support, Application Development, Infrastructure, Financial Systems and global IT Support teams to provide a coordinated service; Administer and maintain the firm's core products and solutions using appropriate tools; Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of day to day operations of production, test and development environments and solutions; Constantly monitor relevant systems to ensure that these are running at optimum performance and recommend changes where necessary; Research and review third party upgrades, new products and add-ins and provide recommendations for business use; Install and/or upgrade in-house and/or 3rd party applications including testing, troubleshooting issues, documenting configuration and procedures; Be part of the project team testing and deploying product and solution upgrades; Provide 2nd/3rd line support of specific applications; Keep up to date with the latest technology; and Keep track of upgrades and developments related to key solutions. Technical skills (required): IntApp Time, IntApp Walls, BigHand, iManage, NetConsent. Strong Microsoft Office 365/2010 skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. Technical skills (desirable): Have an understanding of the underlying technology used within the firm's systems. Experience in a Windows 10 enterprise environment. General understanding of SQL 2012, 2016 and SQL scripting.
