Accounts Payable Officer - Fixed Term Contract Employment type: 3 month fixed contract Role Description The TFS Healthcare group encompasses five legal companies and processes circa 125 supplier and staff payments per month. Reporting into the Finance Director this role will be responsible for putting in place a regular reconciliation programme for supplier and staff payments along with bank reconciliations. Duties Include Coordinating payment of suppliers Verification of order Accurate data filing and entry into Sage50 accounting system Input into NatWest banking system for approval Daily bank reconciliations Taking queries (phone and email) from Suppliers Coordinating payment of staff expenses Maintaining and reconciling accounts payable records in Sage50 accounting system Other reconciliation items as required Experience & skills Data entry Working understanding of VAT Attention to detail Thoroughness Good organisational filing General math Sage50 or equivalent Please apply or contact LAURA WILSON for more information on this role.
