Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Steelwork Draughtsman/Detailer to join our client in Portsmouth who is a successful and highly reputable steel company. Projects undertaken typically include steel framed buildings such as warehouses, agricultural buildings, educational establishments, hotels etc. General daily duties will include the following: -Creating CAD models using Tekla software. -Producing all material call off, drawings etc from the model. -Working both on your own projects and on those of others from time to time. In order to meet the requirements of this busy role, candidates should have at least 3 years' experience in steel draughting projects such as portal frame buildings etc. You should also be a confident user of Tekla and be able to demonstrate good attention to detail.
