Overview
Customer Service Coordinator - £19,000 - £22,000 Your new company You will be working for a successful organisation within the Chesterfield area. Your new role You will be responsible for the day to day management and the administration relating to all customer issues, dealing with escalations of customer issues, where appropriate. You will take ownership of all ongoing issues until a satisfactory resolution is attained, responsible for allocating all resources including Customer Service Operatives. You will be responsible for the collation & management of information and data for analysis. Communication with all departments, organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail are essential. The ability to foresee and eliminate issues before occurrence is key. You must be professional with great interpersonal, and relationship skills in order to meet customer needs. Duties will include: Monitor the personal and Customer Services email boxes Receive and log the results of all telephone calls and emails from Customers Ensure all records are updated to provide the correct information on reports Co-ordinate the scheduling of the Customer Support Operatives diaries Ensure the correct allocation of work to the Customer Support Operative team, the existing site teams and / or contractors to fix issues that have arisen Ensure materials are available in store on site as they are needed Order materials for the team, process PO's and invoices Oversee the work of contractors and report on poor contractor outcomes to the Customer Service Manager Maintain reasonable timescales for customers for any remediation works, and ensure that customers are kept informed throughout any process taking place in their home Address unsuccessful/poor remediation of customer issues Monitor customer and issue handling through reporting Ensure that out-of hours' services and reporting work effectively Maintain complaint spreadsheet and provide weekly updates to the management team Acknowledge and correspond with complainants within agreed time frames Ensure that all complainants receive regular updates relating to their complaint What you'll need to succeed Ability to work independently, prioritise work and take initiative Able to demonstrate efficiency and reliability in previous roles Ability to think ahead and forecast customer issues Works well under pressure/in a fast-moving environment Customer Complaint handling experience Excellent written English Good verbal communication Organisational skills What you'll get in return In return you will be offered a competitive salary of £19,000 - £22,000 alongside excellent working conditions. You will be given 23 holidays days plus bank holidays. Free parking is also available on site.
