Join the market leading M&A tax team as a Senior Manager or Director. Work in a London Big 4 Firm with a leading team of professionals supported by a renowned EMEA and M&A tax network, advising on some of the largest and most complex FS transactions in the market. As a Senior Manager or Director within this Transaction tax team you will: Deliver high quality transaction tax advice Manage the successful delivery of projects, ensuring technical excellence and a practical and business driven approach Identify new opportunities in respect of both existing and prospective client Lead and develop a specialist team of transaction tax professionals The types of project you'll contribute towards may include: Buy-side and sell-side tax diligence and structuring services Refinancing and restructuring services Transaction implementation Management team incentivisation Post transaction remediation and integration Tax modelling Transaction documentation review Contact Rebecca English ASAP to hear more details about this role and team will ensure your next big step in your transactions tax career in a fully flexible environment. / Would you like £500 in high street vouchers?
