We have been servicing the Concrete Construction industry since 1992, Euro Accessories has built a coveted reputation for outstanding service, product quality, product choice and company integrity. Euro Accessories have Branches in Sandbach Cheshire, Basingstoke Hampshire and County Roscommon Ireland. We require a competent Internal Sales Executive at our Basingstoke location for a 1 year maternity cover, with the potential to become a permanent position. Duties and Responsibilities Handling inbound telephone calls in a professional and timely manner Processing sales orders and enquires in a timely manner Calculating profit margins to company standard Liaising with suppliers in the UK, Ireland, Germany and Belgium. Building and maintaining relationships with clients Purchasing ad-hoc products Checking stock and inbound stock delivery times using in-house system Inter-department communications aiding background business processes Proactive sales to existing customers Liaising with external haulage companies for ETA’s & POD’s Managing technical queries from customers Dealing with invoice queries General admin Experience/Skills Must have at least 3 years internal sales or customer service experience. Previous experience in Construction Industry or Builders Merchant background desirable Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Good negotiation skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced office environment Must be able to multi-task Fully competent using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Must be team player
