Area Sales Manager - Landscaping Consumables Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Landscaping Consumables Industry Sector: Landscaping Products, Landscape Consumables, Landscaping Consumables, Sealants, Garden Products, DIY, Adhesives, Sealants, Repair Products, Merchants, National Merchants, Independent Merchants, Distributors, Buildbase, Travis Perkins, Jewsons, Sydenhams Ltd Area to be covered: South Central Remuneration: £27,000-£30,000 £8,000 - £13,000 bonus Benefits: Golf company car & full benefits packages The role of the Area Sales Manager - Landscaping Consumables will involve: Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of landscaping consumables products All of your time will be spent selling into independent and national merchants such as Buildbase, Travis Perkins, Jewsons and Sydenhams Ltd Taking over a territory currently taking over £800k, with big growth potential 805 of your time will be spent managing around 70-80 key accounts and visit on a once a month circle Will be targeted to bring on 2 new accounts per month, weather that be levelling existing relationships or complete new distribution channels Project sizes can vary from £100-£10k Taking over a territory covering Bournemouth, up to Swindon, across to Oxford, down to Slough and to Portsmouth on the South Coast (South Central) The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Landscaping Consumables with: Ideally have construction field sales experience selling into independent and national merchants such as Buildbase, Travis Perkins, Jewsons and Sydenhams Ltd Would consider somebody working in a merchant / trade counter or one site working to get into field sales Landscaping industry background preferred, although our client is open Understanding of jointing compound, adhesives, sealants, repair products, sealers, protectors Able to manage our own patch and work autonomously Excellent communicator with a resilient personality Hungry, driven and dynamic Mitchell Maguire is a specialist Construction Sales Recruitment Consultancy, with an enviable reputation in the marketplace.
