A national law firm with offices across the country is actively looking for a Corporate Solicitor with 3 years of PQE to join its Oxford office for a full-time, permanent role. The team works with an excellent, often national client base and handles a range of transactions. Your New Role Joining a friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and well-regarded team that typically deals in good quality and generally high value corporate transactions and company re-organisations, the Corporate Solicitor will be responsible for: A broad range of work including Companies Act related matters, shareholders agreements, partnerships and LLPs, finance agreements and corporate lending. Working closely with the commercial teams. Helping to build the firm’s already established market presence market share through business referrals, development and networking. About You Applications will be considered from Corporate Solicitors who demonstrate: 3 years of experience Desire to build a long-term career in the Oxford market Commercial awareness Varied transactional corporate experience The ability to run your own caseload and be an interactive team member You must be professional, motivated and enthusiastic with excellent communication and IT skills. Salary In return, the Corporate Solicitor will be offered £45,000 - £60,000 per annum , dependent on experience.
