Overview

A national law firm with offices across the country are actively looking to recruit a Corporate lawyer at 3 years PQE to join their Oxford office. The team works with an excellent, often national client base and handles a range of transactions. The firm are open to experience level however this role will suit Corporate Solicitor with 3 years experience who is looking to build a long term career in the Oxford market. You will have commercial awareness and a varied, wide ranging transactional corporate experience. You would be joining a friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and well regarded team that typically deals in good quality and generally high value corporate transactions and company re-organisations. You will be involved in a broad range of work including work on all Companies Act related matters, shareholders agreements, partnerships and LLPs, finance agreements and corporate lending. You will work closely with the Commercial teams and help build the firms already established market presence market share through business referrals, development and networking. You must be professional, motivated and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills. You will be expected to run your own case-load but also be an interactive team member.
