Job: Contracts Manager Project Types: Fit Out Salary/Package: Negotiable DOE A well-established a main contractor, based in the South Midlands are currently recruiting a Contracts Manager as a result of an increase in project wins. With a loyal client base, their sites can be anywhere in the UK and will require the successful candidate to travel. Projects are typically from £500,000 to £10m and predominantly in the leisure, healthcare, commercial and retail sectors. As a Contracts Manager your experience will include the following: Most likely to have demonstrable experience within the fit-out and refurbishment industry, and some experience of new build would be an advantage London experience preferable Comfortable managing 2 to 4 projects Project size between £500k and £5m Contracts Manager Day To Day Duties Include Responsibility for production Programme Cost control Quality & safety Procurement Conversant with bills & contracts Contract correspondence To represent the company at monthly progress meetings, design meetings, internal cost meetings, safety meetings etc You will be professional when dealing with clients and be computer literate, including the use of Excel.
