Overview
The Company I am recruiting for an IT Support Engineer for my Swansea based client. This organisation is a highly desired employer in Swansea who are award winning and ahead of competitors. They deal with local South Wales clients, offer free onsite parking and a standard benefits package. This role is paying up to £25,000 per annum. The Role You will work with a team of Service Desk Support Analysts and provide 1st and 2nd line Technical Support to a wide range of clients, providing excellent customer service at all times. You will communicate with clients on an ongoing basis and provide excellent customer service. Essential Skills Strong skills around Office 365 and Sharepoint are essential for this role. You will have experience working with Office 365 and Sharepoint in an IT Support capacity. You will be a people person who is happy to provide excellent customer service to clients and work with others to ensure you are continuing to provide an excellent service. It is desirable that you will be able to drive but not essential for this role. You will have a keen interest / passion for IT.
