Our Assessors recruit, maintain and effectively manage a caseload of learners in accordance with PeoplePlus quality guidelines. All whilst, supporting learners in their learning process and planning the assessment process to ensure timely completion and achievement of a range of qualifications. Our Assessors carry out quality assurance and provide learners with advice on how to maximise own ability and learning skills. In this role, you can genuinely change lives through offering learners the support and guidance they need to help them achieve their aspirations. Have you got what it takes? You should have a passion for what you do along with relevant and recent experience. You should hold a TAQA, A1, or equivalent assessor awards, or be happy to undertake them within agreed timescales and with the full support of PeoplePlus . You should also hold a Health and Social Care SVQ Level 3 or higher. Excellent communication skills are essential, both when dealing with our on-site leaners and the relevant stakeholders they report in to. You must be professional and able to motivate and encourage people at all levels. You will need lots of energy, enthusiasm with the ability to bring the subject matter to life.
