Are you a Civil Engineer with experience working with residential developers? Are you wanting to work in Cardiff? If so, this role is for you The Company The company is a well-respected firm of Civil and Structural Engineers who carry out work throughout the United Kingdom Work on a wide diversity of projects such as Residential, Commercial, Education, Healthcare and Hotels & Leisure They cover a number of services including Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Master Planning and Infrastructure, Structural Surveys and Urban Design The Role Produce detailed drawings using AutoCAD Writing technical reports Clients meetings and site visits Dealing with local authorities for approval Liaise with clients and local authorities Deliver an excellent services to clients The Candidate Software experience in AutoCAD is essential Confidence and ability to manage projects from inception through to completion Experience working with relevant section agreements with highways and drainage (Section 38 & 278 for highways and Section 104 & 106 for drainage) Strong communicator Good commercial awareness Benefits 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Competitive salary – up to £34,000 for the right candidate City centre location Discretionary bonus Free on-site parking Opportunities for personal growth within the company This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89830554
