RF Systems Architect Our client is a highly successful global company. The RF Systems Architect will join an expanding R&D team , currently consisting of circa 20 , including system architecture, hardware, software and firmware, and mechanical engineers and programmers developing the next generation DAS and digital repeaters including on–board train repeaters. The engineering team provides engineering support to the outsourced production lines. Technology includes RF, digital, software and mechanical design and development, cellular and public safety technologies, wireless system engineering, providing cellular and public safety standards and certification processes. As a RF Systems Architect your skills and qualifications will ideally include: Degree in Electrical Engineering with practical experience development experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Good understanding of commercial control within a technical environment Good time management and reporting Strong teamwork and a positive attitude Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels Confidence to work independently As a RF Systems Architect your main responsibilities will involve: Analyse technical and commercial requirements to define system and limitations Understand technical performance and limitations of the standard company modules To optimise a system solution to meet performance, cost and radio standards requirements To document the design and solution within the company’s SOF-E guidelines.
