Site Engineer Our Client based in Tewkesbury, a well renowned manufacturing company is looking for Site Engineer to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. Our client is looking for someone who is willing to travel the country for warranty repairs. This role will include: ·Repairing doors & windows ·Fault finding ·Customer service ·Travelling the country & sometimes over nights stays in response to complaints The ideal candidate will: ·Have a drivers licence ·Have experience in a similar role- or a handy man/maintenance position ·Have knowledge of the window and door industry is desirable but not essential as training will be given. ·Have the ability to think on their feet & outside the box We are looking for candidates who have experience in repairs & have great Customer Care in situations with unsatisfied outcomes. Complaints can come in at any time of the day so candidates will need to be easily contactable & flexible. When there are no faults to fix or customer complaints to address the candidate will be given the opportunity to work in the factory of the small family run business, fabricating windows & doors. The hours for this role vary depending on location of visits so they can be made to suit the successful candidate- there will be some over nights stays required so salary will be confirmed dependent on experience of the candidate.
