Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) Mitcham £26,000 to £28,000 D.O.E Overtime ( Premium Rates) Call Out Allowance 23 Days Holiday (Increases with Service) Bank Holidays Pension On-site Parking DAYS - Monday to Thursday 08:00 – 16:45, Friday 08:00 – 15:45 Maintenance Engineer with mechanical bias required for a successful global manufacturing company. This is a great chance to join a talented and motivated team, where you will receive full on the job training. This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer/Technician from ANY manufacturing or industrial background. You will be mechanically biased and have experience of working on pneumatics. Those with experience working on pumps, valves, agitators will hold a considerable advantage although this isn’t essential. Your time will be split equally between planned and reactive maintenance on a range of process equipment e.g. pumps, valves, pipe systems, agitators, ancillary equipment. You will also be required to carry out some installation and project-based work when the need arises. In this role, you will spend a large proportion of your time working on pneumatics equipment. You will be required to cover emergency call-outs and so will need to be based locally to the plant site. This is a great opportunity to work for a long standing and globally successful manufacturer.
