Role Purpose This role will provide technical support to the Records Management function and help the team to deliver records management statutory compliance in the review, destruction or transfer to The National Archives of its historical records. The role will also provide technical user support for staff across NRW in the use of NRW’s digital document and email management systems. Qualifications and Skills Demonstrable skills and experience in the use of records management policy and practices In-depth knowledge and experience in managing and maintaining digital document managements systems (eg. Office 365, shared drives and OneDrives). Excellent computer literacy, and previous use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and e-mail – essential. Experience of designing and delivering face to face or skype training. Experience of providing excellent customer focus in delivering services.
