Overview

The Company Nigel Wright are delighted to be supporting our large private sector client based in Teesside with the recruitment of an HRMI Analyst. The Role As part of the HR team, you will handle high volumes of data for the whole of the organisation, proactively reviewing, interpreting and analysing complex sets of data. Main responsibilities will be: Design and develop a suite of HR MI and dashboard Drive improvements across key performance indicators for HR function Provide effective analysis of data, clearly articulating observations, trends and recommendations Work closely with key stakeholders to understand and deliver reporting requirements Identify system improvements or opportunities for different methods of utilising the system to drive increased efficiencies Identify areas of training requirements from analysis of data Analyse and interpret complex data sets Analyse workforce data to provide insight into target population to inform resourcing Develop and support reporting processes Monitor and audit data quality Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to fully understand data content Provide support in effective use of the system to the broader Operations Support and Operations functions Provide reporting of compliance including H&S and mandatory training The Person The successful candidate will have comparable experience within a recent similar role, and will be accustomed to working with large volumes of complex data effectively and efficiently. Ideally you will have experience of working with Oracle and Taleo, and will have SQL experience. Experience of using Business Objects would also be advantageous.
