A CIPD Qualified HR Generalist A CIPD Qualified HR Generalist Your new role A newly created role to support the recent and planned growth for this exciting PLC business You will hold full HR responsibility across 2 Midlands sites for an employee headcount of 145 Create, roll out and imbed HR policies and procedures Time and attendance Disciplinaries & grievances Holiday and annual leave tracking & data capture Recruitment & retention Oversee both Payroll and Health & Safety divisions Support and upskill manager population - working with SMART objectives Alignment of employee contracts in line with merger and acquisition What you'll need to succeed You will need to be CIPD qualified and have worked in a similar role previously.
