Overview
Fantastic Opportunity for an experienced HR Operations lead to join a leading third sector organisation based in Edinburgh City Centre close to all transport hubs for a 6 month FTC. This is reporting into a friendly and supportive HR Manager and will be leading a team of 3 so experience line managing staff is extremely desirable. This is a full generalist role and will cover all aspects of operational HR and ensuring the organisation deliver a professional HR Advisory service. Within this role the successful candidate will lead management of the HR administrative and operational staff - all aspects of performance management and training and to ensure the team provides accurate information to other team throughout the organisation such as Payroll and finance. You would also ensure all policy's and procedures are implemented throughout and providing front line advice on all HR matters. You will also promote employee well being and manage projects throughout your contract and work with key stakeholders internally as well as externally to deliver the plans on time. In order to succeed in applying for this role you will be CIPD qualified, with excellent IT skills and a great communicator who is comfortable at working with stakeholders at all levels. You will also be able to work well within a team setting and prioritise a high workload. The ideal candidate will have experience of line management experience with a fantastic aptitude of policies and procedures.
