Role Title: Corporate (Private Equity) Partner Location: City of London Salary: Dependent on Experience An outstanding opportunity has arisen with a Legal 100 firm in the City of London to join as a corporate partner. This highly established international law firm is looking to appoint a corporate partner to drive the continued growth of its London office. The firm has been operating in London for many years and has a fantastic presence here. It works with top quality national and international clients (particularly in the US), spanning a range of sectors and offering a client service that is second to none. The long-established Corporate Team advises on mergers and acquisitions, investments and fundraising (both private and public equity), restructurings and corporate governance. This role will be focusing on the Private Equity side. This forward-thinking firm provides a modern-minded approach in the delivery of its legal services and ensures versatility for clients.
