Accounts Assistant Job – Media - Immediate Start London Immediate Start We are currently working with a fantastic studio/production company that is looking for an Accounts Assistant with AP/AR responsibilities to start immediately for a 6 month contract with the potential to be extended. The ideal candidate will have up to 6 months experience that has previous done AP AR. Responsibilities: Posting sales Invoices Daily Sending invoices to clients Working with the production team to resolve invoice queries Ensuring that Xero had the correct contact details for clients Sending statements to suppliers Contact with clients regularly to expedite payment Flagging poor payers in the sales system so the Production team can organise upfront payment Processing of upfront card payments Posting purchase invoices in busy periods Experience: A minimum of 1 years of accountancy experience Experience of working in a KPI driven environment Experience of working in a volume / yield business Experience of working in a creative, fast growing business Working knowledge of Xero or similar
