Overview
Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - East London - Temp - £19.00 per hour Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in East London. My client is currently looking for one key member of staff to complete the team. The successful candidates will be Electrically qualified with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance ideally working within a commercial office. This is a temporary role that pays a competitive hourly rate up to £19.00 per hour based on experience. You will require an understanding of various critical plant in including;electrical maintenance duties along side Unblocking toilets/stacks, Changing taps/washers, Install and replace hot water cylinders, Pipe work, Boilers, Temperature checks and water treatment to name a few. Duties will include carrying out hands on planned and reactive plumbing maintenance within this multi-tenanted commercial building. Hours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 16:00pm Requirements NVQ or C&G in Electrical An understanding of all aspects of electrica;, mechanical &plumbing (Installation & Maintenance) Able to start at short notice or immediately Have your own tools / PPE Honest, hard working and reliable Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
