Overview
Contracts Manager Oxfordshire Permanent £50,000 - £65,000 £5k car allowance We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced & Senior Contracts Manager to oversee a team (QS & Site Supervisor) working on multiple projects on a single site in Oxfordshire. This is a newly secured multi-million-pound contract for our successful and professional contractor client. Projects will include refurbishments, demolition and re-build, conversions from warehouse to offices etc. (commercial and industrial buildings) NEC Contract experience is required Experience in managing project teams / site teams is essential The works will be around £3m per year so experience managing similar value projects would be ideal This will be an autonomous role and we are looking for someone with drive and ambition to help manage this pivotal contract for a key client. You will be based on-site in the Oxfordshire area so need to be located within a commutable distance. Travel to the company office will be required on occasion as well. Additionally: You will ideally hold a relevant qualification - or currently studying to obtain one You will have experience working in the commercial / industrial property reinstatement / refurbishment industry you will need be confident in managing multiple projects/contracts and all the associated contract administration & health & safety that runs alongside. You will need a full UK driving licence and own vehicle (car allowance provided) - a company car could possibly be arranged if preferred. Being able to demonstrate a drive and ambition to progress and help the company grow will be a distinct advantage. Package details Salary (negotiable depending upon experience around £50-65k) £5k car allowance (or car) Pension Generous holiday allowance (31 days inc. BH plus 3 days extra at Christmas) Private healthcare Discretionary bonus paid quarterly.
