Architect/Job runner - Large Scale Projects - BIM
Overview
An award winning medium sized firm based in central London are looking to add a number of talented and experienced Architects to the team. They are a currently a strong team of young, dynamic and commercially aware individuals and are seeking someone like minded to come join the team on med to large scale residential, education and mixed-use schemes. We’re looking for experienced project runners (Part III Architect) someone who is confident working across all RIBA stages, working across multiple sectors and most importantly has the knowledge and understanding of REVIT. This multi-faceted role demands a high level of technical skill and confidence. You will be responsible for a number of projects ranging in scale and will be required to liaise with clients, contractors and consultants, as well as the rest of the studio. Most projects are currently either on site or nearly at site stage therefore you need have previously worked across site stages on UK based projects. Essential minimum requirements: Impeccable client-facing skills. Excellent design and technical skills and standards of presentation. Strong written, verbal and presentation abilities. Experience delivering well-ordered technical information. Excellent organisation and time management skills. Ability to working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. High proficiency with BIM (Revit) & AutoCAD. Detailed knowledge of UK Building Regulations and standards.
