This medium-sized and centrally-based practice is searching for an experienced Part III architect, ideally coming with experience from a similar office. With a headcount of roughly 35 people, this practice is renowned for small-to-medium-sized iconic works, across a variety of sectors. The studio space is one of the best; self-designed by the architects mirroring the culture of the office, it’s large, spread out, well-lit and an overall inspiring place to collaborate and produce work with fellow creatives. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work side by side with the directors of the company, producing design both autonomously and as a collective. You will be expected to take on more responsibility as time passes, eventually leading teams of your own - accordingly, suitable candidates will have experience from well-published and highly design-led offices. Key Responsibilities Working towards leading projects and teams. Collaborating with design directors on live schemes. Assisting in the development of junior architects. Skills and Experience Experience through all stages of the design process. Confident in taking on high levels of responsibility within projects.
