Risk Management Surveyor, Insurance company, home-working, permanent job, £38K-£50K London allowance Your new company An award-winning organisation, made up of several smaller companies, providing insurance services throughout the UK. They are looking to grow their reach to London with competent surveyors to support the construction needs of Developers, House Buildings and Contractors. Your new role Working from home you will work throughout North London as a Risk Management Surveyor. The role involves carrying out site inspections and technical building and construction expertise relating to the risk management of construction sites registered on this organisations' Warranty schemes. What you'll need to succeed You will be either a full or partial member of RICS/ CIOB/ CABE, or similar. You will have the appropriate knowledge of Building Regulations, latent defect risk management and experience of deferring construction methods alongside defect resolution issues. Ideally you will also have a basic understanding of general insurance principals.
