Senior Commercial Property Manager Permanent - Newcastle / North East £35,000 - £50,000 (DOE) Benefits Your new company Hays are delighted to be working with a well-established Property Management firm in Newcastle who are seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager to join their busy and expanding team. You will enjoy working with autonomy, whilst managing a substantial commercial portfolio. Your new role As a Senior Property Manager, you will be required to manage all aspects of the Commercial Portfolio that you are responsible for. This will include everything from landlord & tenant issues, lease renewals, developing strategic ideas to develop the portfolio further, property compliance & health and safety. You will also be responsible for managing a graduate Property Manager, and using your skills and experience to develop them as their career progresses, demonstrating leadership qualities, but also not being afraid to be hands-on within your role. You will need to be able with both internal and external stakeholders and to be able to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form, be able to negotiate and to be commercially aware. What you'll need to succeed For this role we are seeking a Senior Manager or someone looking to take the next step in their career with significant commercial property experience. You will also hold a Degree in a related Property discipline (such as: Estate Management, Real Estate etc ), ideally you will also be Chartered (MRICS, MCIOB or AssocRICS), although this is not essential. A Full UK driving license is required for this role, as there will be regional travel required.
