Overview
I am seeking an experienced In-House Recruiter who has solid experience hiring technology roles and is able to demonstrate innovative and effective sourcing strategies. This is a fast-pace and exciting environment and is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiter with high level credibility and excellent delivery capability, both direct and through the engagement of the third parties. The responsibilities will include: Liaising with key business stakeholders to establish hiring requirements and support on defining and implementing sourcing methodology to find the best candidates in the most cost and time effective way Define appropriate campaigns to build acquisition strategy to pipeline top talent Deploy sourcing techniques through a variety of channels to ensure both active and passive candidates are identified for positions Continue to source and develop innovative and creative sourcing channels Manage recruitment agencies and or external search partners where appropriate for searches working with the broader team to ensure consistency in approach Conduct screening interviews and/or final stage HR interviews as appropriate This role will require the following experience: Experience recruiting technology roles in house Experience from within in a fast paced environment High level credibility, influencing and stakeholder management should be evident High level verbal and written communication If you are interested in hearing more, please send your CV through ASAP.
