Overview

Payroll Implementation Consultant required by European SaaS Provider based in central London. You will have previous experience administering and/or implementing payroll software either in-house or as a software provider and looking for a new challenge. This exciting, expanding and supportive organisation provides cloud based software to Mid-sized businesses and you will play a key part in their payroll services including implementation. Salary is £30K - £35K plus benefits (25 days hols, Pension, Perkbox) and its casual dress working in modern offices. They require: Experience administering and/or implementing payroll, with strong industry and payroll systems knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence to speak to multiple internal and external stakeholders. Ability to nurture and build strong working relationships with prospects and clients. Inquisitive and self-assured in asking questions, with an ability to learn and apply new concepts efficiently. Conscientious and attentive, with an eye for detail when identifying resolutions to problems and working against deadlines. Computer literate, with expertise in Microsoft Office. Degree educated – ideally 2:1 and above The job will involve: Working directly with clients, you will provide support for product demonstrations, help implement clients on the Payroll module and deliver ongoing assistance, where needed, for those clients who have purchased the module. Offer input into the growth of a service package associated to the module, feeding back to ensure the successful future development of Payroll within the company. Cultivating knowledge amongst the existing Support & Sales team, you will allow others to gain operational knowledge of Payroll as a function and how this is handled by the company.
