HR Advisor HR Officer North Birmingham CIPD Client Details Page Personnel are supporting a leading manufacturing/engineering organisation based North of Birmingham City Centre with the appointment of a proven HR Advisor to join a busy team. Description This is a generalist role dealing with all aspects of the employee life cycle for a mix of blue and white collar workers within a growing organisation. You will be responsible for: Supporting recruitment campaigns Advising and supporting line managers with a range of employee relations cases Advising and guiding line managers regarding HR policies and procedures Driving HR initiatives Profile Candidates will be from a proven HR Advisor background, ideally you will be studying towards CIPD Level 5 or 7.
