Occupational Physician - Scotland - Permanent - up to £ [ Click Apply]pa benefits & car/allowance I am currently recruiting for an Occupational Physician to join a leading UK occupational health and wellbeing company within the Scotland and northern England boarders The successful applicant for this opportunity will provide advice to managers on issues relating to the working environment in accordance with existing legislation and within the framework of existing policies, including redeployment and work modifications by way of health surveillance/workplace assessments, in conjunction with appropriate managers. Give appropriate advice on the management of sickness absence, and plans for rehabilitation, to managers, individual clients or their representatives. Conduct health assessments and reviews as required (e.g. pre-employment, driving fitness, etc) I am looking for the successful applicant for this opportunity to possess full GMC Registration and hold a minimum of DipOcc Med. AFOM and above status would be beneficial within your application. Full Driving Licence is essential as services may be required on clients site. A Medical Practitioner who has, since full registration, consolidated their skills and continued their medical education in line with the requirements of continuing medical education / continuing professional development. Good understanding of the role and implications of clinical governance. This roles is offered as Full Time, a mixture of home based and remote working at various client sites and clinics.
