Overview
Totum Partners are delighted to be working with a leading international law firm who are looking for a Billing Coordinator. Your role will be responsible for a Practice Group, liaising with Partners, Fee Earner and PA's assisting the Billing manager to ensure timely billing. The ideal Billing Coordinator will be responsible for: Maintain a portfolio of WIP Attend monthly meetings with Partners to discuss billing Submit WIP reports to the Partners & Fee Earners Produce Billing Guides, Invoices & Credit Notes Generate reports from SSRS as required by the Partners & Fee Earners Prepare client invoices in accordance with instructions from Partners & Fee Earners Ensure e-billing requirements are met, invoices comply with agreed client fee arrangements Follow-up on timesheets to ensure that Partners & Fee Earners keep them up to date The ideal Billing Coordinator will have: Proven billing coordinator experience essential Previous working knowledge of Aderant Good knowledge of Excel and working knowledge of other MS packages Familiar with SRA guidelines and VAT compliance Good communication skills Excellent organisational skills Follow us on LinkedIn or visit our website for insights and market trends.
